SPINACH PESTO PASTA

INGRIDENTS REQUIRED:
– 100 gm Pasta
– 30-35 ml virgin olive oil
– 50 gm Spinach
– 50 gm Basil
– 1/2 cup Mozzarella/Parmesan cheese
– Oregano (as per taste)
– Salt (as per taste)
– 2 cloves garlic
– 30 gm Pine nutes

MAKING SAUCE:
For making spinach pesto sauce Blanch SPINACH ( poaching in hot water for 2 min) and wash basil with water.

Add the blanched Spinach and basil to a food processor along with garlic olive oil, pinenuts and process it to form a sauce.

PREPRATION:
Boil Pasta in hot water for 8-10 min with 1 tsp salt and oil.

When pasta is boiled add little olive oil to the pan and add Pasta and sauce to it respectively.

Cook it for 3-4 min,add cheese & oregano to it and serve in a beautiful plate.

DISCLAIMER:
you can also add onion or vegetables
Pasta must be perfectly boiled
