Bread jam is the favourite of eery child, so what is the need to spend so much on buying jam which can me made at home very easily, tasty and healthy without any acidifier.your child may get bore from regular jam but it wont happen with pineapple.
TIME: 15-20 MIN.
- 1 Bow full of pineapple cubes
- 1 full Lemon (juice)
- 3/4 cup caestar sugar
- very small piece of ginger
– Blend the Pineapple pieces in mixer(without water) and make a thick paste of it.
- Put the blend in a Pan along with ginger and sugar
- Add lemon juice and cook it for 12-15 min untill it gets thick cooked.
PINEAPPLE JAM is ready to make your meals delightful.
DISCLAIMER: you can also use little yellow food color.
Do not add water while blending as pineapple has its own moisture.
